Working height: Approximately 11 and 20 m high.
Lateral outreach: Unlike the scissors, electric articulated boom lifts can have a lateral scope of approx. 14 m , depending on the model used.
Capacity of the working platform: The load capacity depends on the manufacturer and model. The capacity is around 230 kg for the electric articulated boom lifts.
Applications: Industrial maintenance, wiring, shopping centres, stores, airport hangars, etc.
Advantages: They have great lateral scope according to the model. Tight spaces can be accessed as the work platform is smaller. Most can be moved from the working height.
Disadvantages: They withstand less weight on the platform and this is reduced. In general, they are heavier than the scissor platforms.
